Lucy Wallis may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We always try to make sure that the prices on the website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.

As all of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in lengths, colours and actual beads used will occur between the items you see on our website and those you receive. We attempt to represent each item as clearly as possible and to offer consistency whilst maintaining the unique quality of each item.

All items leave Lucy Wallis in perfect condition and beautifully wrapped. Any items that are damaged during transit may be returned for replacement or refund.~~~875~990~~

All card payments are processed securely through Paypal. You do not need your own Paypal account in order to make a payment by credit/debit card. Paypal accepts the following cards:

Normal delivery times are 2-7 days from date of purchase. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full address and contact details (including email address) so that we can notify you in the event of a stock or delivery problem.~~~875~994~~

Our Shipping rates are charged as a flat fee per order as follows

             UK = £3.00 per order
             EUROPE = £5.00 per order
             REST OF WORLD = £7.00 per order

CANCELLATIONS~

CANCELLATIONS

We endeavour to provide the best customer service possible, and should a problem arise we will make every effort to resolve it. If however the problem is unsolvable, or for any other reason you prefer to amend or cancel your order, please contact us by email or phone at the earliest opportunity.

If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been despatched, we may charge you for the carriage of those products. We advise you check the status of the order before you request cancellation.

Once Lucy Wallis receives notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited to Lucy Wallis from your payment card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that payment card account as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Lucy Wallis in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any costs incurred in returning the goods to Lucy Wallis.~~~875~996~~

You may return any items you have purchased from Lucy Wallis within 7 working days of delivery, for any reason. To do so you must notify us within 7 working days of delivery of your intention to return the goods.

If the product delivered is not what you ordered (including an unapproved substitute product), does not correspond with its description, arrives damaged or faulty, and you have notified us within 7 working days, we may replace the item or you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Care must be taken to ensure the return products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.

As you will be responsible for the goods until they reach us we recommend you use a signed for service, as goods that are lost or go missing in transit can not be exchanged. ~~~875~998~~
